The workshop goes full-time
In 2024 we moved to Carrickmacross and turned a passion into a trade — selling, servicing and repairing espresso machines for cafés and homes across Ireland.
- The roaster arrives
We decide to roast
In 2025 we stopped outsourcing flavour. Our own roaster was installed, the first profiles were dialled in, and the workshop began to smell of freshly roasted coffee.

Five origins go live
2026: the online store opens — Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya and Guatemala, roasted in-house for businesses and home brewers alike.
- The cupping room
Doors open
2027: a tasting room at the roastery — public cuppings, brewing workshops and seasonal micro-lots, plus a growing family of café partners across Ireland.

Coffee for the whole island
2028: next-day delivery nationwide, ten origins on the shelf, direct relationships with the farms we buy from — and the first La Casa espresso corner.
